Michael is a licensed real state professional and MBA with over 25 years of management and operations experience. He joined the Stevenson, Williams team in 2016 and is a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh. In addition to his accounting responsibilities, he oversees all aspects of association property resales, our community website program, and aids in facilitating communication between homeowners, association councils, and management.

Laid back, but focused, Michael has developed an intimate knowledge of the financial and governance aspects of condominium and planned community associations, as well as the resale requirements within those types of communities.
