We currently have the following positions available within our company:

Condominium Office Manager

The Condominium Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration for a 104 unit condominium high-rise located in the South Hills.

We're seeking an energetic and sincere candidate who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of tasks both independently or with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy working one-on-one with people.

The Office Manager will perform the day-to-day operations of a condominium office, including but not limited to:

  • Receive and answer all phone calls
  • Liaison between all residents and maintenance
  • Liaison between condo council and residents and/or Property Management
  • Design and implement computer spreadsheets for special projects, as requested
  • Maintain/ update all resident information on Excel Provide computer assistance to all residents, as needed
  • Receive deliveries for residents, as requested
  • Daily posting and filing of any accounts payable received
  • Schedule reservations for use of guest suites and club room
  • Creating and posting announcements in elevators and mailroom
  • Maintain files including conversion of paper to electronic
  • Assist residents with personal requests with confidentiality
  • Distribute all written communications to residents from Council/ Property Manager
  • Assist with organization, reservations and computer-generated items for special activities
  • Assist Maintenance, when required
  • Guest relations for residents, visitors, and vendors
  • Assist with creating budget report for Council/Owners
  • Prep reports and mailings for Annual Meeting
  • Coordinate & attend annual meetings.

    Job Type: Full-time, Hourly
    Experience Required: 2-5+ years
