Stevenson, Williams Management Company care deeply about our customers, our employees, and the broader community in which we serve and operate. Each of our office sites will open for business with new operating protocols on Monday, May 18, 2020. We are taking steps to follow the latest guidance issued by the CDC and local government to help minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Some of the initiatives include the following:
- One customer is permitted in the office at a time. Please be patient as we attempt to provide everyone with the best personalized service possible.
- Masks are to be worn at all times within the office. Please maintain a minimum distance of six feet from others.
- Monthly condominium association maintenance fees and rent payments will be collected and processed, as per usual. Owners and tenants who choose to drop off their payments at one of our office locations may do so once again. However, we recommend avoiding making payments in person at this time. Options to consider: Set up autopay, pay by credit card over the phone, mail or drop off your check in the drop box, where available.
I would like to thank our customers and employees for their cooperation and understanding during these uncertain and challenging times. We appreciate your patience as we attempt to resume business operations during this unprecedented time. We will continue to monitor this extremely fluid situation and adjust our protocol as necessary.
